St Kitts Waterfall
St Kitts Waterfall is a forest waterfall in the inland hills above Basseterre, set in shaded southwest terrain away from the coast.
Overview
St Kitts Waterfall is a rain-fed waterfall and stream feature in the southwest interior, where rock, shade, and running water shape the site more than any built setting. Flow can change with recent weather.
It lies above Basseterre Area in the hills that rise inland from the capital. The route to it is covered separately on St Kitts Waterfall Hike, which focuses on the approach rather than the waterfall itself.
What stands out here is the move from the capital side of the island into enclosed stream terrain. Even though Basseterre is the practical anchor, the waterfall sits in a very different landscape once the hills close in.
