The restaurant operates Monday to Friday, serving lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and dinner from 6:00 p.m. It is closed on Saturdays and Sundays during the off season, but opens for pre-arranged groups of 20 or more on Saturdays. Reservations are highly recommended. A no-show fee of US$25.00 per person applies if cancellations are not made by 2:00 p.m. on or before the day of the reservation.
Facilities include an air-conditioned private dining suite accommodating up to 16 guests. The restaurant and its grounds are available for private parties, weddings, meetings, and small gatherings. Outside catering services are also offered, ranging from small intimate functions to large formal events.
