Spa Sales Associate

The full-time Spa Sales Associate in Frigate Bay, Saint Kitts, reports to the Director of F&B, Retails, & Spa Services and focuses on booking spa services at the lobby desk. The role builds relationships with arriving guests and the local community to generate spa booking opportunities, answers questions about available services, updates reservations and cancellations, informs providers of last-minute changes, resolves scheduling issues with a supervisor or manager, provides general spa orientation, and promotes spa and salon services.
