Engineering Storeroom Attendant No Longer Available

In Frigate Bay, Saint Kitts, the Engineering Storeroom Attendant supports the Engineering Department by receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling engineering materials, tools, and spare parts needed to maintain hotel facilities, guest rooms, and back-of-house operations. The role checks deliveries against documents, records receipts and issues in approved inventory systems and logs, issues supplies to authorized engineering personnel, monitors stock levels, and takes part in spot checks and scheduled physical inventory counts. It also keeps the storeroom clean, orderly, and secure, with materials labeled, shelved, and protected from damage, and hazardous items stored in line with safety, fire, and environmental regulations.

The role reports to the Engineering Storeroom Manager and works with engineering supervisors, technicians, and management to address shortages, overages, and inventory discrepancies. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent; prior store-room, inventory, or engineering support experience is preferred, and hotel or resort experience is an advantage. The job calls for basic computer skills, strong organization, and the ability to lift, move, and carry materials, and to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
